Greetings Readers!
Although I'm based out of the DMV area, I've had the opportunity to visit the "underrated" city of Cleveland, Ohio a few times for work - I believe this is my 3rd trip and I'm due for one more.
I've decided that I'll add another page for "Destinations" and use it to capture unique sites and scenes at each location ghat I visit. Well, this will be my first location to share!
Thanks to "J" at the Marriott, I've been provided with two local events in the area. One is the "Burning River Festival" (https://burningriverfest.org/sitemaps/view/attend) and the other is an "Open Mic Nite" in Lakewood (http://bestevents.us/lakewood-tuesday-fun-paint-nite-amp-open-mic-nite-2/417397). Since the weather isn't too great right now and I'm not prepared to take my camera out in the rain just yet, I'll hit up the Open Mic Nite and check out the local talent. Heck, I might as well share a few lines of my old poetry, to see if I still got it . . . I'll let you all know how that goes. If time permits, I'll head down to the "Burning" River and see how hot it gets out there as well.
Don't worry, I'll share these photos with you all so that you can check out Cleveland sometime! Because I'm limited on time during this trip, I'll be sure to show you all the Downtown area and a few unique locations there as well.
